I have visited Oak Osteo regarding pain in my ankle & knee due to a previous accident.Laura assessed my knee & ankle and recommended deep massage and manipulation of my knee & said the pain in my ankle was a deferred pain from my knee, but also massaged and manipulated the ankle.. after six sessions I can honestly say the relief from pain was amazing!.. I am now able to walk longer distances!.. I would highly recommend using Laura & Oak Osteo

I went to Laura with a new and long term back problem. I have children so put historic pains down to that but, recently started running again, which highlighted how much my back was out of line. After the first session I could feel the difference, I am amazed by the techniques used. The sessions are led by my stretch tolerance however, Laura does apply pressure where needed without feeling beaten up. Highly recommend wish I had gone sooner

I read about the Tesla chair and was overjoyed when I discovered that it was being introduced at Oak Osteo. I have been treated by Laura intermittently for over a year at her practice. She is a very knowledgeable, professional and thoroughly lovely young lady who I cannot recommend highly enough. I discussed a course of treatment with her and decided it could be to my benefit to give the Tesla chair a try. It is a strange experience but completely painless and lasts for half an hour so take a book!!! Thank you Laura. It's certainly helped me.

I really can’t recommend Laura enough!! After an unbearable few weeks of having issues with my neck, head and balance following an injury and seeking many other treatments with little relief, I contacted laura who saw me the day after and within a week I felt 90 percent better. I saw her a second time and I am now fully recovered and require no more treatment. I cannot express how amazing she has been! She has a calming soft approach and makes you feel warm and welcome. I came to Oak Osteo for some back pain after a slipped disc. I was very impressed with Laura’s professionalism, knowledge, and skill in assessing and treating my condition.
My personal experience during the treatment sessions were both relaxing and effective.
Laura’s ability to communicate effectively and empathise with my concerns is so welcoming. She took the time to explain the treatment plan and answer my questions.
My overall experience was pleasant, informative and hopeful for a less painful future. I also took up one to one Pilates with Laura which she tailored to my needs. This was also beneficial to my overall care and enjoyable. I would definitely recommend Oak Osteo for your osteopathic needs.
